Apply a bead of sealant under the edge of
the sink and set sink in the mounting hole
3. Attach the Sink
- Apply a bead of silicone or latex sealant under the edge of the sink.
- Set the sink into the cut out and position squarely.
- From under the sink, attach the mounting clips into the J" channel
of the sink. The thickness of the countertop determines which of the
hinged edges mounts into the J" channel.
- Space the clips equally around the sink.
NOTE: Mounting clips may need to be repositioned to compensate
for an uneven countertop.
- Starting with the middle clips, tighten the screws evenly from under
the sink using either a 5/16" nut driver or a Phillips screwdriver.
Tighten only until the cap presses against the sink and the rim is
sealed.
CAUTION: Risk of property damage. Do not overtighten. It is
only necessary to draw the rim down firmly to the countertop.
- Wipe excess sealant from countertop with a dry cloth.
- Check for gaps between the sink rim and countertop. If needed,
reposition the mounting clips.
4. Finish the Installation
- Connect the drain and faucet supply fittings.
- Turn on the main water supply and check for leaks.
