Safety Warnings
Always read the instruction manual before using Vertical Gym®.
If you have any doubts about your physical condition or have suffered from
an illness, always consult your doctor before using Vertical Gym®.
If you have a spinal disc herniation, consult your doctor before using the
product.
If you have asthma or suffer from a respiratory disease, consult your doctor
before using Vertical Gym®.
Always place Vertical Gym® on a flat surface.
Ensure that children do not use Vertical Gym® without adult supervision.
Do not use if you are pregnant.
Do not drink alcoholic beverages while using the device.
Drink water after use.
The maximum weight on the board is 100 kg.
Warning: Not for therapeutic purposes!
This product has a speed-independent braking system.
Use
• Before use the product. It must be unfolded and with the cross bar locked
with the pin (12) as showed in the picture A.
• Before you start exercising, make sure the pedals are extended.
• To get onto Vertical Gym®, always grab the lower handles (5) first.
• When doing only step exercises to work on thighs and buttocks, work out
while holding onto the lower handles (5).
• For a full-body workout, do the exercises while holding onto the upper
handles (6).
• For a more intense biceps workout, hold onto the upper handles (6) as
shown in Figure B.
• The exercises involve raising and lowering the arms and legs while doing
a climbing-like movement that tones the entire body and helps burn ca-
lories. See the Exercise Plan to get the most out of your Vertical Gym®.
For a safe, comfortable workout, leave a minimum of 0.6 m of free space
around the device.
