Allow the pancakes to cook until the top starts making bubbles, and
wait until the bubbles pop and form holes that stay open on the
surface of the pancake.
Slide the wooden spatula under the pancakes flip the pancakes to
cook the other sides.
The second side will cook quicker than the first.
Cook the pancakes until just golden. Do not overcook. Use the
wooden spatula to remove the pancakes from the cooking plate
and place it on a plate.
Repeat with remaining batter.
At the end of cooking, switch the crepe maker off by turning the
power and temperature knob to the "0" position. Turn the power off
and remove the plug from the outlet.
Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning and storing.
ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF THE REVERSIBLE
PLATE
The cooking plate of your 2-in-1 Crepe and Pancake maker is
reversible. With the unit unplugged and completely cooled, simply lift of
the plate vertically and flip it upside down to change from the crepe to
the pancake side (griddle) or from the pancake side to the crepe side.
When placing the plate back onto the base, make sure to align the
plate with the unit as illustrated below.
