contains, among other information, the FCC registration number y Ringer Equivalence Number (REN) for this
equipment. If requested, provide this information to your telephone company.

An FCC compliant telephone cord y modular plug is provided with this equipment. This equipment is designed to
be connected to the telephone network or premises wiring using a compliant modular jack which is Part 68
compliant. See installation instructions for details.

The REN is useful to determine the quantity of devices you may connect to your telephone line y still have those
devices ring when your number is called. In most, but not all areas, the sum of RENs of all devices should not
exceed five (5). To be certain of the number of devices you may connect to your line, as determined by the REN,
you should call your telephone company to determine the maximum REN for your calling area.

If your Lumina Pro system causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company may disconnect you
service temporarily. If possible, they will notify you in advance. You will be advised of your right to file a complaint
with the FCC.

Your telephone company may make changes in it's technical operations, facilities, equipment, or procedures; if
such changes affect the compatibility or use of this device, the telephone company is required to give adequate
notice of changes so as to give you an opportunity to maintain uninterrupted service.
6.
In the event of equipment malfunction, all repairs should be made by our company or an authorized agent. It is
the responsibility of users requiring service to report the need for service to our Company or to one of our
authorized agents.

This equipment may not be used on coin service provided by the telephone company. Connection to party lines
is subject to state tariffs. (Contact your state public utility commission or CORPORATION commission for

This equipment generates y uses radio frequency energy y if not installed y used properly, that is, in strict
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, may cause interference to radio y television reception. This
device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

This device may not cause harmful interference, y
2.
This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Part 15 of FCC Rules are designed to provide reasonable protection against such interference in a residential
installation. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment
does cause interference to radio or television reception, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by
one or more of the following measures:

Reorient the receiving antenna.
