Cooktop and Range Hood Connectivity
This appliance has a feature which allows you to pair compatible Dacor cooktops and your hood via Bluetooth.
After you enable this function and pair your hood and a compatible cooktop, the hood fan will automatically
come on at Low speed when you turn on a cooktop element. The hood fan will also shut off automatically when
you turn off the cooktop elements.
Bluetooth Connection (Pairing)
1.
Press the ConnectOn button on hood for 3 seconds. The pairing mode will be activated and the Bluetooth
icon will blink.
2. Press the ConnectOn button on cooktop.
NOTE

3. After the pairing process finishes, the Bluetooth light will stay lit and
Bluetooth Disconnection (Pairing Reset)
1.
Press and hold the ConnectOn button and Light button on the hood for 3 seconds.
2. The Bluetooth connection disconnects.
ConnectOn (Auto Connectivity)
The ConnectOn function lets you quickly connect the hood via Bluetooth with a compatible Dacor cooktop after
the hood and cooktop have been paired. To turn the function on, press the ConnectOn button. To turn the func-
tion off and disconnect the hood and cooktop, press the ConnectOn button again. While the hood and cooktop
are connected, the hood fan will automatically turn on when you turn on the cooktop. The hood fan will also shut
off automatically when you turn off the cooktop.
Note that the hood fan speed will turn on at:
•
Auto speed (if Auto button was last enabled)
•
Low speed (if Auto button was last disabled)
1.
Press the ConnectOn button to activate the function.
2. The hood will turn on/off automatically following the cooktop.
3. Press again to deactivate the function.
NOTE
These functions are only available if you have installed a compatible Dacor Bluetooth cooktop.
Reset the filter alarm

Press the POWER button for 3 seconds to reset the filter alarm.
NOTE
Every 50 hours of fan use, the filter alarm light (Low button) will blink indicating the filters may need to be
cleaned.
