Troubleshooting
Issue – My iPod does not seem to be charging.
Solution 1
Make sure that the TuneFM is correctly connected to your car's power outlet with the
included Auto Power Cord.
Solution 2
Ensure that your car's power outlet is receiving power. Some cars are designed so that
power is not provided to the power outlet unless the car is in ignition mode or the
engine is started. If none of these solutions solves the problem, the fuse in the Auto
Power Cord might be burned out and need to be replaced.
Issue – After a playlist finishes, the display freezes on the
"OK to Disconnect" screen.
Solution 1
If the TuneFM is not removed, simply press a button on the TuneFM and normal
operation will resume.
Solution 2
If the TuneFM is accidentally removed, reattach the TuneFM to return the iPod to
normal operation. If the iPod does not return to normal operation, manual reset of
your iPod may be required. To manually reset your iPod, simultaneously press and hold
the "Menu" and "Select" buttons on your iPod until the iPod screen resets.
