First, tighten the ½-13 GR5 carriage bolts to specifications. Then, tighten the
M10 CL8.8 bolts to specifications.

Tighten all 1/2" GR5 hitch fasteners with torque wrench to 75 Lb.-ft.
(102N*M) and all M10 CL8.8 fasteners to 38 Lb.-Ft. (52 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
