STORING THE TRANSMITTERS
LThe transmitter storage procedure can be enabled in two
different ways:
- through the SW1 button of the module
- through the PROG button of a stored PROTEO transmitter
The first transmitter can only be stored using the SW1 button.
Saving the UP/STOP keys using the SW1 key on the
module DEV-R2
1. Set on ON the switch 1 of the transmitter.
2. Multichannel transmiter only: press several times the key SELC
of the transmitter TX1 until displayed the selected channel (by
the leds or on the display).
3. Press the SW1 button of the DEV-R2 module to be
programmed: the L1 LED lights up
4. Hold the PROG button of the remote control pressed (for about
5 seconds) until the relay output activates: the L1 LED goes off
5. Release the PROG button: the relay output gets disabled and
the code storage procedure stays active for 8 s
6. Press and release one of the UP/STOP keys on the new
transmitter to save
7. The storage procedure is over
8. Turn switch 1 to OFF
Saving the LIGHT key using the SW1 key on the module
DEV-R2
NOTE: the functioning logic of the LIGHT key is only available
on models PROTEO1, PROTEO4 and DEV-R2 from version 1.1
onwards.
1. Set on ON the switch 1-2-5 of the transmitter.
2. Multichannel transmiter only: press several times the key SELC
of the transmitter TX1 until displayed the selected channel (by

3. Press the SW1 button of the DEV-R2 module to be
programmed: the L1 LED lights up
4. Hold the PROG button of the remote control pressed (for about
5 seconds) until the relay output activates: the L1 LED goes off

6. Press and release the LIGHT key on the new transmitter to save

8. Bring switches 1-2-5 to the OFF position
Saving a new transmitter using the PROG key on the
PROTEO transmitter already saved with the UP/STOP keys
1. Power the DEV-R2 module
2. Select on the programmed transmitter the channel saved on
the module
3. Select on the transmitter to program the channel to save
4. Turn to ON the switch 1 of the stored PROTEO transmitter
5. Perform a transmission using the PROG button of the stored
PROTEO until the relay output activates
6. Release the PROG button: the relay output gets disabled and
the code storage procedure stays active for 8 s.
7. Press and release one of the UP/STOP/LIGHT keys on the new
transmitter to save
8. The storage procedure is over
9. Turn switch 1 to OFF
Saving a new transmitter using the PROG key on a
PROTEO transmitter already saved with the LIGHT key
NOTE: the functioning logic of the LIGHT key is only available
on models PROTEO1, PROTEO4 and DEV-R2 from version 1.1
onwards.
1. Power the DEV-R2 module
2. Select on the programmed transmitter the channel saved on
the module
3. Select on the transmitter to program the channel to save
4. Turn to ON the switch 1-2-5 of the stored PROTEO transmitter
5. Perform a transmission using the PROG button of the stored
PROTEO until the relay output activates
6. Release the PROG button: the relay output gets disabled and
the code storage procedure stays active for 8 s.
7. Press and release one of the UP/STOP/LIGHT keys on the new
transmitter to save
8. The storage procedure is over
9. Bring switches 1-2-5 to the OFF position
