Prosciutto Panini
Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•
8 slices of rustic Italian bread
•
1/4 cup of prepared basil pesto
•
16 thin slices of provolone cheese
•
16 thin slices of prosciutto
Steps:
•
Brush oil over bread slices.
•
Spread pesto evenly over 4 slices of bread.
•
Top with the cheese and prosciutto. Close sandwiches with the
remaining bread oiled sides up.
•
Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
