Balsamic
Gril led Zucchini
Ingredients:
•
2 zucchinis, quartered lengthwise
•
2 tbsp of olive oil
•
1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
•
1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
•
1 pinch of salt
•
2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Steps:
•
Brush the zucchini with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian
seasoning, and the pinch of salt over the zucchini.
•
Place in the grill for a few minutes until cooked.
•
Brush the balsamic vinegar over the zucchini and continue cooking 1
more minute.
•
Serve with cherry tomatoes.
