Probable Causes
A. Whirlpool pump is not running.
B. Neck jet variable flow valve is not opening.
C. Pillow is not installed.
D. Reed switch does not work.
E. Neck jet actuator does not work.
F. Power from pump motor to auxiliary
control is off.
G. Neck jet line is blocked.
H. Switch wire from either auxiliary control to
pump, or from switch(es) to auxiliary
control is disconnected.
A. Pulse cannister does not work.
B. Switch does not work.
C. Switch wire from either auxiliary control to
pump, or from switch(es) to auxiliary
control is disconnected.
A. Whirlpool pump is not running.
B. Back jet flow valve does not open.
C. Not enough water in whirlpool.
D. Actuator switch does not work.
E. Power from pump motor to auxiliary
control is off.
F. Back jet pipe is blocked.
G. Switch wire from either auxiliary control to
pump, or from switch(es) to auxiliary
control is disconnected.
A. Pulse cannister does not work.
B. Switch does not work.
C. Switch wire from either auxiliary control to
pump, or from switch(es) to auxiliary
control is disconnected.
Recommended Action
A. Turn on pump.
B. Check for loose connections or wires leading
from neck jet variable flow valve to auxiliary
control. Replace neck jet flow valve or auxiliary
circuit board, if necessary.
C. Make sure the pillow is properly attached to
the neck jet body.
D. Check reed switch wiring and connections
leading from neck jet to auxiliary control.
Replace reed switch or auxiliary circuit board if
necessary.
E. Replace neck jet actuator.
F. Check for loose connections or wires leading
from pump motor to auxiliary control.
G. Disconnect neck jet hoses, and remove
blockage.
H. Reconnect or replace switch wires that use
modular plug.
A. Check for loose connections or wires leading
from pulse cannister to auxiliary control.
Replace pulse cannister or auxiliary circuit
board if necessary.
B. Replace switch.
C. Reconnect or replace switch wires that use
modular plug.
A. Turn on pump.
B. Check for loose connections or wires leading
from back jet variable flow valve to auxiliary
control. Replace back jet flow valve or auxiliary
circuit board, if necessary.
C. Fill whirlpool over water level sensors.
D. Replace actuator switch.
E. Check for loose connections or wires leading
from pump motor to auxiliary control.
F. Remove blockage.
G. Reconnect or replace switch wires that use
modular plug.
A. Check for loose connections or wires leading
from pulse cannister to auxiliary control.
Replace pulse cannister or auxiliary circuit
board if necessary.
B. Replace switch.
C. Reconnect or replace switch wires that use
modular plug.
