9. Commercial guarantee

CONDITIONS OF THE COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE
This product has a two-year repair warranty, from the date of sale, against
all manufacturing malfunctions, including labor and replacement parts. And
a five-year warranty on the compressor (component only). To justify the
purchase date, it will be mandatory to present the invoice or purchase ticket
of the end user and the data of the installed company. This guarantee will
only be effective in Spain.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

1. Devices used improperly, in a manner not in accordance with the
instructions for use.
2. Maintenance or servicing of the appliance: gas loads, periodic checks,
adjustments, greasing and remote controls.
3. Appliances disassembled or handled by persons other than authorised
Technical Services.
4. Materials broken or deteriorated due to wear and tear or normal use of
the appliance: gaskets, plastics, glass, brushes, filters, etc.
5. Appliances that do not have the factory serial number identified or that
have been altered or deleted.
6. Breakdowns caused by unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or
incorrect installation.
7. Eas Electric shall not be liable for loss or damage to software or data
carriers.
8. Failures caused by external factors such as current alterations or
inadequate power supply.
9. Installation defects, such as lack of grounding connection between
indoor and outdoor units, lack of grounding in the house, alteration of the
order of phases and neutral, flaring in poor condition or connection with
cooling pipes of different diameter.
10. When there is pre-installation, damage caused by not carrying out an
adequate previous cleaning of the installation with nitrogen and checking of
watertightness.
11. The linking of external devices, this may never lead to a change of unit
(such as Wi-Fi connections).
