Installation Instructions – Benchmark High Bay
GENERAL INSTALLATION
Two types of hooks are available to suspend the Benchmark
High Bay, one with a through hole for cable entry and a solid
hook used for IP-65 installation. The Benchmark High Bay
can also be installed using a center pendant to provide an
IP-65 rating.
Minimum height to the ceiling is 18" and the maximum
ambient temperature rating of the fixture is 65C.
IP-65 Installation
Hook Mounting-
Apply Teflon tape or pipe sealant to the threads of the solid
fixture hook (Figure 1). Install and tighten into the center
hub located on the top of the housing. Install and tighten the
10-24 lock screw to lock the hook in place.

Remove one of the ½" NPT plugs from the housing top and
install watertight fittings using sealant on the pipe threads.
Attach supply conduit and secure. (Figure 2.)

Installation instructions
To access the driver housing remove the single screw on one
of the driver doors and swing open (Figure 3). Connect input
wiring to the quick disconnect by inserting the stripped ends
of the supply wires into the appropriate QD port, maintaining
color match (Figure 4). Close driver door and tighten with the
screw to 25 inch pounds.
