Important remarks prior to
programming
These programming instructions
refer only to the programming of the
DCSF 600-... extension.
This document supplements and
is supplemented by the product
information, programming instruc-
tions and operating instructions for
DoorCom® Analog DCA 612-... or
DCA 650-...
The "Function table" from the pro-
gramming instructions or operating
instructions for DoorCom® Analog
DCA 612-... or DCA 650-... is
required for the configuration of
the additional switching inputs and
switching outputs.
We accept no liability for modifica-
tions, mistakes or printing errors.
Modifications / additions, mistakes
or printing errors do not form
grounds for any claim to compensa-
tion for damages.
Intended application
The DCSF 600-0 is an accessory for
installation in the DCA 612-... or
DCA 650-... for extending it with
3 switching inputs and 3 switching
outputs.
Application
DoorCom switching and remote
control interface, for use in
DCA 612-... and DCA 650-...
• 3 potential-free, freely program-
mable outputs, e.g. for decentral
door release/light
• 3 freely programmable inputs, e.g.
for triggering switching functions
Function overview
• 3 potential-free freely program-
mable outputs e.g. for
– Decentral door release, light
– Secondary signal unit/timer-
dependent video control (In-Home
bus)
– Buttons or switches
– Selective door dialling using the
1+n system
– Monitor interfacing (direct assign-
ment to the call inputs)
• 3 freely programmable inputs
e.g. for:
• Code inputs to:
– Trip switching functions, door
release/light via BSM/BSE/SFC in the
Siedle system
– Video/light interfacing via BMM
etc.
• Activation/deactivation of func-
tions e.g. via the customer's own
time switch, such as
– Chain call, doormatic, concierge,
day/night service etc.
• Dialling of call numbers to signal
events with signal tones:
– Selective user call
– Calls to PBX extensions, public net-
work or mobile phones
– Facility for combining code and call
number functions
System behaviour
The functions are programmed
based on the DTMF coding (e.g. #61
for activate door release) of dual-
tone multi-frequency signalling.
Switching inputs and switching
outputs can be programmed inde-
pendently of one another. For a
switching input to be able to acti-
vate a switching output, both must
have been fully configured.
Important!
• Two call numbers and several func-
tions (each max. 22 characters) can
be configured for each switching
input.
• One of the available functions can
be configured for each switching
output.
Servicing
Statutory warranty conditions apply.
