Before first use

• Remove all packaging materials.
• Make sure you have received all items and they are in good working condition. In case of damage or incomplete delivery please contact your
dealer ( Guarantee).
• Please keep all original packaging for long-term storage of the appliance.
• Clean the appliance (
• Always operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean, heat resistant and dry surface that is away from splashing water and counter-top's
edge.
• Ensure that a suitable plug socket is easily accessible to the appliance.

Installation and operation

For model GDF3024, GDF3028 and GDF5028, the operation for both deep fryers of each model is identical. They can be used separately or
in combination. Temperature level can be set independently for each fryer.
INSTALLATION
• Place the oil reservoir (11) into the housing (7) (fig. 1).
• Insert the metal piece of the control unit (4) into the gap between the support plate and back of the housing (7) (fig. 2).
• Make sure that the two poles of the control unit (4) properly go through the two holes on the support plate.
• Ensure that the heating elements (12) are securely in place in the oil reservoirs (11).

To assemble the basket handle (13) onto the frying basket (2):
• Press the two wire bars slightly inwards. Insert the two ends of the wire bars into the two loops of the frying basket (fig. 3).
• Press the basket handle (13) over the clip of the basket (2) until it locks into place (fig. 4).
Warning! Do not attach the basket handle (13) in any other way to the frying basket (2). Other installation method could cause injury.
