VII Manufacturer'´s instructions
Permissible usage
The heater shall only be used for heating indoor areas and for
drying textiles washed in water. Each and every other usage is
not purpose-related and is therefore prohibited!
Important:
The supplied heaters are solely designed for room heating.
They are not suitable as seating or climbing aids.
Depending on the inlet temperature the heater surface may
reach a temperature of up to 110°C.
Risk of burning!
Maintenance and cleaning
Venting the heater following commissioning and after extended
interruptions in operation.
For cleaning purposes, only mild
commercially available cleaning agents shall
exclusively.
Complaints
In the event of damage, contact your specialised craftsman.
Attention!
Only allow assembly and repairs to be performed by qualified
tradesmen to assure that your rights according to the warranty
for hidden defects law are not nullified!
Accessories
According to the currently valid sales literature.
VIII Installation sequence
1 Read the instructions carefully before starting
installation!
2 Transport and storage shall only be carried out in the
protective packaging
3 Location of installation
Important
In the case of electro-ancillary operation the safety clearances
prescribed in VDE 0100 part 701 must be observed (heater
outwith tub or shower area at the side, socket and timer at least
o.6 m to the side).
4 Inspect the package content for completeness and
any possible damage!

Important:
The securing material delivered with the unit is designed for
use in private buildings for adequately supporting sub-surfaces.
However, the securing method suitable in each case must
always be checked out locally and the securing material must
match the installation situation.
5 Have all tools at hand as required
6 Remove the protective foil only from the connection
and installation points. Otherwise, leave it on the
heater until this is put into operation.
7 Important:
Check the subsurface for adequate supporting capacity as
required.
Observe spacing requirements: heater - side wall / room ceiling
min. 50 mm
(including bottom panel sectionl)!
8 Drill two horizontal dowel holes:
Diameter 10 mm, depth 80 mm, spacing "L" (refer to IV
distance between boreholes)!
Danger to life !
Be careful not to damage any water or gas piping, or live
cables when drilling !
Secure wall block (F) with screws (C), washers (E) and dowels
(D).
9 Align the wall block (F) horizontally as required
10 Push the eccentric cap (G) over the suspension bolt
(H)
Screw in the suspension bolt into the mating thread at the rear
side of the heater and tighten as required.
Attach the tube clip (J) on the bottom at the heater rear,
directly above the square tube between the two center tubes.
Loosen the nut for the tube clip (K) and set the wall clearance
(47-57 mm). If necessary, increase the wall clearance by fitting
the extension (L).
11 Locate the heater (A) in the wall block (F) and ensure
that it snaps into position as required.
Align heater to the screw fitting, also horizontally and vertically
(adjust wall block).
Establish water-side connection using suitable screw fitting.
Screw out nut (K) with tube clip (J) until they meet the wall.
12 Secure heater (A) against lifting out.
Attention:
The suspension bolt (H) must have a secure seating contact in
the wall block (F).
Press the eccentric cap (G) into the wall block (F) and screw in
the locking screw (I) with a flush.
Attention:
Eccentric cap (G) and locking screw (I) are the lift-out
protection!
13 Mount bottom panel section (B):
Screw in bottom panel section (B) at the bottom of the heater
from the rear using the star grip nuts (M).
14 Completely restore-the jobsite covering of the heater
using protective foil.
Remove the protective foil before commissioning the heater.
15 Waste disposal of packaging material via recycling
systems.
Send scrap heaters with accessories to recycling or to orderly
waste disposal as required (observe regional regulations).

Ce radiateur doit être utilisé uniquement pour le chauffage de
locaux fermés et pour le séchage de textiles lavés à l'eau. -
Toute autre utilisation est considérée comme non conforme, et
n'est donc pas autorisée !

Remarque :
Les radiateurs fournis sont destinés exclusivement au
chauffage domestique. Ils ne doivent pas servir de siège, de
marchepied ni d'escabeau, n'étant pas appropriés.
La surface du radiateur peut être très chaude et atteindre une
température allant jusqu'à 110°C en fonction de la température
d'alimentation.

Entretien et nettoyage
Veuillez purger l'air du radiateur après la mise en route et toute
interruption prolongée de fonctionnement.
Le nettoyage doit être effectué uniquement avec un produit
d'entretien habituel, doux et non abrasif.

En cas de dommage, veuillez vous adresser à votre
spécialiste.

VIII Déroulement du montage
1 Avant la mise en place, lire attentivement les
instructions de montage.
2 Transport et stockage uniquement dans l'emballage
protecteur.
3 Lieu d'implantation
Remarque
En mode d'appoint électrique, respecter les zones de
protection prescrites figurant dans les recommandations VDE
0100 partie 701 (radiateur placé latéralement en dehors de la
zone de la baignoir ou de la douche, prise de courant et
minuterie de contact écartée de 0,6 m au minimum sur le côté).
4 Vérifier si le contenu est complet et n'est pas
endommagé.

Remarque :
Le matériel de fixation fourni est destiné à un usage à l'intérieur
de bâtiments privés sur supports à portance suffisante. Il est
toutefois nécessaire de décider sur place de la méthode de
fixation appropriée et d'adapter le matériel de fixation à la
structure du bâtiment.
5 Préparer les outils nécessaires
6 Retirer le film protecteur uniquement au niveau des
points de raccordement et de montage et laisser le
reste sur le radiateur jusqu'à la mise en service.
7 Important
Vérifier la force portante du support.
Respecter les cotes radiateur – mur latéral/plafond = min. 50
mm (partie inférieure de la bordure comprise) !
8 Percer deux trous alignés à l'horizontale pour les
chevilles :
Diamètre 10 mm, profondeur 80 mm, distance « L » (voir Fig.
IV Cotes de perçage) !
Danger de mort !
Ne pas endommager de conduite d'eau, de gaz ou
électrique.
Fixer les entretoises (F) avec les vis (C), les rondelles (E) et les
chevilles (D).
9 Aligner les entretoises (F) à l'horizontale.
10 Pose des capuchons excentriques (G) sur les boulons
de suspension (H).
Visser les boulons de suspension dans le filetage sur la face
arrière du radiateur et bloquer.
Enfoncer directement l'attache (J) de tube en bas sur la face
arrière du radiateur au-dessus du tube de section carrée entre
les deux tubes médians.
Visser l'écrou pour l'attache (K) de tube et régler l'écartement
(47-57 mm) par rapport au mur. Appliquer l'adaptateur (L) pour
accroître l'écartement par rapport au mur si nécessaire.
11 Accrocher le radiateur (A) dans les entretoises (F) et
encliqueter.
Mettre à niveau le radiateur par rapport au raccord, à
l'horizontale et à la verticale (ajuster les entretoises).
Etablir le raccordement côté eau à l'aide du raccord approprié.
Dévisser l'écrou (K) avec l'attache (J) de tube jusqu'au contact
avec le mur.
12 Protéger le radiateur (A) contre l'arrachage.
Attention :
Le boulon de suspension (H) doit se loger parfaitement dans
l'entretoise (F).
Enfoncer le capuchon excentrique (G) dans l'entretoise (F) et
visser la vis de blocage (I) jusqu'à effleurement.
