When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed

To disconnect the machine, turn the control to "off" then remove the plug from the
wall outlet. Do not yank on the cord, instead grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.

Do not pour liquids other than water and descaling solutions specified in this manual
into the water tank.
