In cold winter climates, unplug and remove your UV Sterilizer/Clarifier at the end of
the pond season. Drain the water from the unit and store indoors.

WARRANTY
This UV Sterilizer/Clarifier is warranted
for defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3)
years from date of purchase. This warranty is valid only under
normal operating conditions for which the UV Sterilizer/Clarifier is
intended. This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been
subjected to misuse, negligence, tampering, accidental damage
or damage due to faulty packaging or mishandling in transit. This
warranty does not cover normal wear of parts and does not apply to
any unit that has been used for commercial purposes. This warranty
is limited to the UV Sterilizer/Clarifier unit only. The ballast is factory
sealed with an epoxy resin, tampering will void warranty. No liability
is assumed with respect to loss or damage to livestock or personal
property irrespective of the cause thereof. This warranty does not
affect your statutory rights. This warranty does not cover damage
or defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or
repairs, service or alterations to the product or any of its parts, which
have been performed by a repair person not authorized by Rolf. C.
Hagen Inc. The UV-C lamp and/or quartz sleeve are not covered by
this warranty.
RECYCLING:
This item bears the selective sorting symbol for waste
electronic and electrical equipment (WEEE). This means
that the product must be handled pursuant to European
Directive 2002/96/EC in order to be recycled or
dismantled to minimize its impact on the environment.
