PHASE 4:
SET THE REGENERATION DAYS
(ONLY FOR TIMER 740, CHRONOMETRIC VERSION)
• If you are using timer 760, move to phase 4B.
• Set the number of days between one generation and the other
(regeneration frequency).
• Default time is 3 days.
• Days can be set starting from 1/2 day (0.5) to 99 days.
• To change, press SET to have value "3" flash.
• Use the buttons UP and DOWN to change the number of days.
• Press SET to confirm the regeneration frequency and move to
the next cycle.
To choose a specific day of the week see the manufacturer's installation manual.
PHASE 4A:
REGENERATION ON A SPECIFIC DAY OF THE WEEK
(7 DAYS TIMER, CHRONOMETRIC VERSION)
• To set the timer for regeneration on specific days, set the number of days between regenerations to zero (regeneration
frequency).
• After completing this stage, the arrow on the left side of the display will show hour/day of regeneration.
Press SET and the display will show a flashing cursor on the top, under Sunday.
The day of the week can be selected once the cursor is under it.
• In order to activate or deactivate the day of the week, the triangular cursor will flash under that day.
• The buttons UP and DOWN are used in order to activate/deactivate the day-of-the-week flag.
If the cursor is in its position, but fixed, press SET to make it flash.
• To move the cursor when it is fixed, use the buttons UP and DOWN.
• To move the cursor when it is flashing, press SET once. In this way the cursor will move to the right by one position and
will become fixed.
EXAMPLE: TO MOVE THE CURSOR AND ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE ONE DAY.
1. The cursor should be fixed. If it is flashing, press SET.
2. Use the buttons UP and DOWN to move the cursor under the day to be changed.
3. Press SET. The cursor will flash.
4. Use the buttons UP and DOWN to activate the flag for that day.
5. Press SET to move the cursor to the next day. The cursor will be fixed.
When the cursor is under SA (Saturday) and is flashing, by pressing SET you will complete the programming of week
days. The timer will move to the menu for regenerating agent quantity.
To go back to the days between regenerations, the days selected for regeneration will have to be deactivated. Settings
for days between regenerations can be different from zero.
