SOLUTION
• Check that the power plug is pr operly connected.
• Is the temperatur e control on the display panel set to the corr ect temperature?
Try setting it to a lower temperatur e.
• Is the r efrigerator in direct sunlight or located too near a heat source?
• Is the back of the r efrigerator too close to the wall and ther efore keeping air
from circulating?
• Check if the cooling o
indicator is moving, r efer to page 22 to cancel the cooling o
• Is the temperatur e control on the display panel set to the correct temperature?
Try setting it to a warmer temperatur e.
• Is the temperatur e in the room very low?
• Did you stor e the food with high water content in the coldest part of the fridge?
• Check that the refrigerator is level and stable.
If the refrigerator's water supply line is not connected and water is not being supplied
to the refrigerator, the refrigerator will make unusual noises if the ice maker is on or if
you push the water dispenser lever. To stop the noises, press the Ice Type button until
the Ice Off icon lights up (at least 3 seconds) indicating that the ice maker is off.
• A "ticking" sound is hear d from inside the r efrigerator . This is normal and
occurs because various accessories are contracting or expanding in relation to
the temperature of the r efrigerator interior.
• Some heat is normal as anti-condensates' are installed in the front cor ners of
the refrigerator to prevent condensation.
• Is the r efrigerator door ajar? Condensation can occur when you leave the door
open for a long time.
• Did you wait for 12 hours after installation of the water supply line before
making ice?
• Is the water line connected and the shut-o valve open?
• Did you manually stop the ice making function? Make sure Ice T ype is set to
Cubed or Crushed.
• Is ther e any ice blocked within the ice maker bucket?
• Is the freezer temperature too warm? Try setting the freezer temperature lower.
• This is normal. The bubbling comes from the refrigerant coolant liquid
circulating through the refrigerator.
• Has a food item spoiled?
• Make sur e that str
airtight.
• Clean out your fr eezer periodically and thr ow away any spoiled or suspect
food.
• Is the air vent blocked? Remove any obstructions so air can circulate freely.

• Is the water line connected and the shut-of f valve open?
• Has the water supply line tubing been crushed or kinked? Make sure the
tubing is free and clear of any obstruction.
