Problem
There is no response
when the buttons are
pressed.
The information is
not being displayed
correctly.

Cause
State of electrostatic dischar-
ge.
There is a malfunction.
Remedy
Switch off the product.
Remove the mains plug from the
socket.
Remove the backup battery.
Wait a few seconds then put the
backup battery back in.
Wait a few seconds then recon-
nect the product.
Disconnect the mains cable.
Reconnect the product to the
mains.
This will reset the device.
