Scope of supply

2x countersunk screw M5x10

This product has not been homologated and therefore does not
have offi cial approval for use on public highways. The custom-
er must check with the national regulatory authorities to estab-
lish whether individual type approval or a full homologation of
the particular vehicle with the clutch cover guard installed is
guaranteed in the planned country of use.
The clutch cover guard cannot be used together with the
original front spoiler (KTM RC 200 only)!
Preparatory work (KTM RC 200 only)
- Remove the front spoiler (see the user manual).
Preassembly
- Position protector
on holder
(all included).
- Mount and tighten screws
(included).
- Position spacers

Assembly
- Lay vehicle on its side.
- Remove screws
.
- Release the remaining screws of the clutch cover.
Place a suitable container under the engine. Engine oil may
escape!
- Position the preassembled clutch cover guard.
- Mount screws
(included) but do not tighten them yet.
- Tighten all screws on the clutch cover in a crisscross pattern to 12 Nm.
Final steps
- Check engine oil level, add if necessary.
