Cooking rice
For better results, always rinse rice before cooking. Cook rice in liquid
such as water or broth.
A table of recommended cooking times for different types of rice is
provided below.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Unplug the unit and let it cool before cleaning.
•
Wash the inner cooking pot with hot soapy water, using a clean
dishcloth. Rinse and dry. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. It can also be
placed in a dishwasher
•
The accessories including measuring cup, spoon and rack can also
be cleaned under warm, soapy water if required.
•
Wash the inner surface of the lid thoroughly, including the steam
release knob, gasket holding ring, anti-block shield and float valve.
•
Wipe the outer housing with a clean damp cloth. DO NOT
submerge in water!
•
Make sure to empty, clean and replace the dew collector before
each use.
•
To remove the dew collector, use your thumb and index finger to
hold the 2 sides of the dew collector and press them together. Pull
