Assembling of the ULV spreader:
1. Remove the spreader from the throwing pipe by pressing
till to disengage the two lateral clips. Keep the parts.
2. As shown in picture 1, connect the transparent plastic hose
coming from the tap, to the spreader A.
3. Place the spreader A on the throwing pipe tube, by clicking
the lateral clips.
4. Insert till it stops the nozzle grid A1 into the spreader A.
5. As shown in picture 2, cut the liquids transparent hose
between the liquids tank and the handle (about 17 cm far
from the tank).
6. Insert the filter D between the two ends of the liquids hose,
placing the word "IN" (written on the filter) at the top.
Replace of the calibrated jet (picture 3 and 4):
1. Insert until it stops the endowed tool B (picture at page 1)
on the nozzle grid A1, by putting it in phase with the flap of
the spreader and by inserting the hexagon on the cap A2.
2. By keeping the lower part of the tool B1, rotate in
counterclockwise sense the upper part B2 to unscrew the
cap A2.
3. Remove the cap A2, reverse it and, unscrew the calibrated
jet C.
4. Observing the picture 5, rotate the cap of the container B3,
aligning the hole B4 with one of the 5 present niches,
containing the desired calibrated jets C.
5. By using the cap A2 of the spreader, screw the different
calibrated jet C on the spreader A; take care that the OR
ring is in the correct position. Don't tighten too much the jet
C to avoid damaging the OR ring.
6. Invert again the cap A2 and fit it in the spreader A.
7. By keeping the lower part of the tool B1, rotate in
clockwise sense the upper part B2 to screw the cap A2 on
spreader A, without tighten too much.
Disassembling the diffuser ULV:
1. Remove the spreader A from the throwing pipe by
pressing laterally till to disengage the two lateral clips.
2. Connect the transparent plastic hose (which comes from
the tap) to the spreader that was originally installed.
3. Insert the spreader on the throwing pipe by clicking the
lateral clips.
4. Remove the filter D between the two ends of the liquids
hose.
5. Insert the junction E to connect the two ends of the liquids
hose.
Cleaning of the liquid filter (D):
In case of decreasing of the liquid flow rate (or absence of
the liquid flow) it is necessary to clean the filter D. Proceed
as follows.
1. Remove the filter D from the liquid hose.
2. Clean the filter D placing it under a tap with water and,
placing downward the inscription "IN", let the water flow
into the filter, until the remove of the deposited residues.
3. Insert again the filter D between the two ends of the hose,
placing the word "IN" at the top.
