To remove the ASME Inspection Plug, use
a wrench and turn counter-clockwise.
INSTALLATION OF ASME INSPECTION
PLUG
To install the ASME Inspection Plug, use
a wrench and torque (clockwise) the
plug from 42 ft. Ibs. minimum to 100 ft.
Ibs. maximum. Be sure the o-ring on the
ASME Inspection Plug is in place.
Failure to comply
with these guidelines
can result in personal injury and/or
property damage due to tank failure.

• Maximum pressure of tank should
not exceed 200 psi.
Maintenance
Failure to drain tank can result in
weakening due to rust and bursting.
Drain moisture
from tank daily.
