CAN BUS programming protocol of the steering wheel
controls box
The steering wheel control unit must be programmed correctly in order for the system to function pro-
perly. To SET-UP, activate the vehicle dashboard, make sure the Meta Voice M1:V2 hands-free unit is
connected to a telephone, enter the SET-UP code given in the following table and press the Call button
on the telephone.

A BRIEF TONE indicates the SET-UP has been executed.
A LONG TONE gives a warning in case of problems.
A DOUBLE TONE confi rms a previously already-selected SET-UP (i.e. factory SET-UP).

RESET procedure

In the case of a confi guration error or to restore the system's default settings, follow the RESET procedu-
re: connect the specifi c WHITE wire coming out of the control module connector to the steering wheel
at negative (GND) for 10 seconds. When the RESET has been performed, the LED switches on for two
seconds and then starts to fl ash.
Positioning the Bluetooth® hands-free control box
Position the Bluetooth control box inside the car where it cannot hinder vehicle use or safety.
Secure it with the Velcro supplied in the kit.
Before fi xing it however, clean all parts thoroughly with alcohol.
