Use tweezers
to remove
the remaining
tying wire.
Never pull out the wire at the reel end.
Always pull it out at the hook in the direction of feed.

Place a new coil on the reel.
Max. wire ø 0.43 mm.
Use only the following BAHCO binding materials:
- BCL4001 paper-coated wire
- BCL4002 plastic-coated wire

Insert one end of the wire -
which must be smooth - into the
machine until there is resistance.

Turn on the power for a test
run. Make one tie and remove
it with tweezers.
Insert the
5 guiding plate.

Replace the cover
of the reel.
The coil
on the reel
must turn
clockwise.

Replace the
front cover.

Remove the strap on the coil
with tweezers or scissors.
The wire must
be smooth
and untwisted.
Close the cover
of the coil holder.
