ASSEMBLY
1. Connect discharge spout (11) to cylinder cap (6).
Using a screwdriver, tighten hose clamp (5).
(See Figure 1)
2. Join two lengths of extension tubing by placing the
tube clamps (18) around the extension tubing (16 and
19). Pliers may be needed to open tube clamps (18).
Attach two extension tubes together using the tube
connector (17). (See Figure 2)
3. Attach extension tubing (19) to drum bung (14) and
secure with tube clamp (18). (See Figure 3)
4. Insert pump into drum opening and hand tighten.
NOTE: Tubing can be cut to fit various size drums.
5. To adjust pump delivery, unscrew top grip (1) and slide
restriction clip (2 or 3) over piston rod (7) to limit pump
stroke. (See Figure 4)
NOTE: Two sizes of restriction clips are included
in packaging to allow for different pump stroke
limits.
6. Entire pump head can be rotated to desired location.
When operating the pump, you should stand to the
side or in back of the spigot.
