Scope of supply
1x low chassis kit

2x fork spring

2x bushing

1x spring

1x side stand, short

Fork preparatory work
- Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand (see Repair Manual).
- Strap the rear part down.
- Remove the front fender (see Repair Manual).
- Remove the fork legs (see Repair Manual).
- Dismantle the fork legs (see Repair Manual).
- Check the fork legs (see Repair Manual).
Fork up to and including model year 2016
Assembling the fork legs (see Repair Manual)
NOTE
The procedures are the same on both fork legs.
- Clamp the inner tube with the axle clamp.
- Position spring (scope of supply) with preload spacers in the

inner fork tube.
- Clean and lubricate piston.
- Fit piston rod with bushing
ing support in the inner fork tube.

Fork oil capacity with low chassis kit:
KTM 125 DUKE: 465 ml
KTM 390 DUKE: 455 ml
Fork rework
- Mount fork legs (see Repair Manual).
- Fit front fender (see Repair Manual).
