1. General

1.1 Check before taking a sauna bath

1. The sauna room is suitable for taking a sauna bath.
2. The door and the window are closed.
3. The sauna heater is topped with stones that comply with the manufacturer's recommendations, the heat
ing elements are covered with stones, and the stones are piled sparsely.

NOTE: Structural clay tiles are not allowed.

1.2 Control panel overview

The control panel is meant to be installed in a flush mounting box or in a surface-mounted junction box outside the
actual sauna room. Enclosure class IP X4.
The package includes:
- control centre
- sensor with a heat-resistant cable
- 3 different cover plate frames that can be used with the following
socket frame series:
- Strömfors Vakio, Ensto Jussi, Elko perinteinen.
The main switch for the sauna heater is located at the foot of the sauna heater or in the contactor case. (For more
specific instructions, see the user manual for the contactor case.)
The sauna can be set to be on from two to six hours.
The temperature is adjusted with 5 signal LED lights.
The control panel fits the following sauna heater models:
- 1707 – x – 0405
- 1712 – x – 0405
- 1712 – x – 040520
- 1116 – x – 0405
- 1118 – x – 0405
- 1120 – x – 0405
The sauna heater must be connected to the mains by a qualified electrician and in compliance with current
regulations.
NOTE! In the event of a power cut, the control centre will shut off and it must be restarted.

2. Information for users

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children over the age of 8) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the safe use of the appliance and the risks involved. Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance. Children should also not be allowed to clean and service the appliance
