DRIVING TIPS
When backing up it may be difficult or impossible to see trailer behind certain
vehicles and in certain conditions. Use a helper to guide you.
If you can do so without injury or causing damage, simply unhitch and maneuver
trailer or vehicle to desired location and reconnect trailer to vehicle.
Never disconnect trailer on uneven surface or in a dangerous location.
Avoid sudden stops, maneuvers, and off-road driving with the trailer.
If you have never driven with a trailer, it's a good idea to find a large space or
empty parking lot to carefully and safely practice backing up and maneuvering.
Check load and trailer bolts 20 miles after first use.
Before installing any accessories and/or equipment, check regulations in the
states you plan to tow your trailer to be sure you are in full compliance.
IMPORTANT: Check with your states department of motor vehicles for
registration and insurance requirements.
