Take the device out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Open
the battery compartment on the back of the device and insert one 9V block bat-
tery (Type 6F22). Ensure that the polarity of the contacts is correct while inserting
the batteries. Press the "POWER" button to switch on the power supply. The
display of the device shows "00%". Remove the protective cap from the probe.
Perform a test by carefully pressing (without applying too much force) on the
outside of the probes. If the display shows a value of approximately 30%, then the
device is working properly.
Caution!
The probes are very sharp! Ensure that you do not injure yourself!
