Pedestal Lavatory
Installation (continued)
Set the lavatory on the pedestal so the hanger
bolts extend through the lavatory holes.
Level the lavatory.
Level
Install the nuts and washers, and tighten until snug.
Connect and tighten the trap. Connect the hot and
cold water supplies to the faucet.
CAUTION
Risk of product damage.
Do not overtighten the nuts. Overtightening may
cause damage to the product.
Care and Cleaning
To keep your lavatory looking new, make sure you
rinse it out thoroughly after each use.
Stubborn stains, paint, or tar can be removed with
turpentine or paint thinner.

Do not use strong abrasive cleaners, as they will
scratch and dull the surface.

1. WARRANTY:
Subject to the limitations expressed herein, Seller
warrants to the original Buyer that parts of
products manufactured by Seller ("Products)" shall
be free from defects in material and workmanship
during the original installation from the date of sale
for the duration set forth in the below table
("Warranty Period"). This warranty is void for (a)
improper storage, use or installation, (b) accident,
damage, abuse or misuse, or (c) acts of God. This
warranty does not apply to damage caused by (a)
exposure to chemicals or minerals, (e) use of
abrasive cleaners, or (f) use of in-tank cleaners.

2. REMEDIES:
If during the Warranty Period, Seller's inspection of
Products confirms that any part is defective in
materials or workmanship, Seller shall, at its
option, repair, replace or refund the defective part.
Seller makes NO ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE FOR
THE LABOR OR EXPENSE OF DE-INSTALLATION,
RE-INSTALLATION OR TRANSPORTATION COST
INCIDENTAL TO REPAIRING OR REPLACING THE
DEFECTIVE PART OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM
SAME. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
EXPRESSED
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL BUILDING CODES.
