Remove Tail Lights- a) Open the lift gate.
b)
Remove the plastic tail light cover buy using a Flat Head and a Phillips Head screw driver to remove (2) screw type push pins (each side).
c)
Using a 10mm Socket remove (2) screws from the tail light (each side).
d)
Pull the tail light rearward and remove (2) bulbs and (1) electrical connector from the tail light assembly (each side).

Remove Fascia -*NOTE- Save all fasteners for reinstallation. a) Remove (1) push pin from the wheel well. (each side) Using a Phillips Head screw driver push on the center of the push
pin and then remove. *NOTE- If mud flaps are installed at the bottom of the wheel well and fascia using a Phillips Head screw driver remove (3) screws , using a Flat Head screw driver
remove (2) push pins (each side).
b)
Using a Flat Head screw driver remove (7) push pins along the bottom edge of the fascia.
c)
Using a Flat Head screw driver open the tab on the facia under the tail light. Using a 10mm socket remove (1) screw (each side)
d)
Starting at the wheel well gently pull the fascia rearward and set aside.

Remove Bumper Beam- Remover the foam fascia support from the bumper exposing access holes. Using a 14mm socket remove (4) nuts and save for hitch installation. (each side)
4.
Install Hitch- *SEE FIGURE 1. Bend center fascia tab flat against the end panel. Raise the hitch and bumper beam into position onto the studs in the end panel. Loosely reinstall the (8)
flange nuts removed in step 3 (4 each side)
5.
Tighten Fasteners- Tighten all 10mm X 1.25 flange nuts with a torque wrench to 42 Lb-Ft (57N*M)

Install Foam Support- Place the foam fascia support back onto the bumper.

Trim Fascia- Using a marker and tape measure make a 4 ½ by 4 inch box on the bottom/center of the fascia to trim. To find the center of the fascia measure 2 inches (toward the driver
side of the fascia) from the of the middle hole on the fascia and mark the centerline. Make a mark 2 inches on each side of the centerline. Measure 4 ½ inches from the forward edge of
the fascia. *SEE FIGURE 2
8.
Install Fascia- Reversing the order in step 1 reinstall the tail light, fascia and mud flaps (if equipped).
Note: check hitch frequently, making sure all fasteners and ball are properly tightened. If hitch is removed, plug all holes in trunk pan or other body panels to prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes. A hitch or ball which has been damaged should be removed and replaced.
Observe safety precautions when working beneath a vehicle and wear eye protection. Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch. This product complies with safety specifications and requirements for connecting devices and towing systems of the state of New York,
