Drill holes for plumbing fixtures.
CAUTION: Drill chuck can damage panel. Drill holes
from back side of wall.
Using proper size hole saw, cut out plumbing fixture holes.

Place lower wall on top of tub.

Self-adhesive, fire retardant pads are included to protect
the wall from flame while soldering supply pipes. If
soldering has already been completed or plastic supply
lines are being used, proceed to Step 19.
Remove backing from the self-adhesive pad and center pad
over opening for mixing valve and press firmly onto back
side of panel. Using a utility knife, trim pad to reveal mixing
valve hole.

Lower valve side of wall. Ensure pins go through holes on
lower wall.

Gap
CAUTION: DO NOT screw lower wall into side and wall
studs.
If screws are installed into the side studs, the upper tub
wall will not install properly.

The plumbing installation can be completed at this time and
wet-tested. Inspect plumbing for leaks by looking over the
top of the lower wall.

Secure lower wall to studs. While installing screws, apply
downward pressure on lower bathtub wall section to
minimize visible seam. Start in the center rear stud and
work your way toward sides. Secure apron per Step 22.
CAUTION: Take care not to blemish the unit with drill
chuck.
NOTE: Over-tightening may crack the unit.

Repeat Steps 19 & 20 to install upper wall.
