Adjust the silencer at top of tilt
cylinder valve

Need to adjust the silencer when the tilt arm cannot
tilt or return properly.
1. Remove the side panel.

Silencer A controls the movement backward speed.

Silencer B controls the returning speed.
2. Loosen the nut C to adjust the silencer C.
3. Tighten nut C after adjustment.

Adjust the position of clamps
1. Adjust the pressure of air regulator to 0.65 Mpa.
2. As picture below, rotate the eccentric bushing 1 to
adjust the clamp's position.
3. Stuck the rim onto the turntable and try to move it
by hand.

If A and C side cannot touch the rim, adjust the
eccentric bushing 1 to move the clamps A & C to the
direction in picture showing (or adjust one clamp
only).

If B and D side cannot touch the clamps then adjust
eccentric bushing 1 to move it like picture below (or
adjust one clamp only).
The clamps touch the rim at any position.
1. Put the dial indicator at the outside of rim edge (or
put the demounting head near of rim edge), and
then rotate the turntable.

The dial indicator (or demounting head) is nearer to
A or C side than adjust the eccentric bushing 1 to
move it like picture (or adjust one clamp only).
