Add ingredients to the inner pot.
Place the inner pot into the cooker.

Once cooking is complete, press
KEEP-WARM to switch to KEEP
WARM mode.

Close the lid securely. Plug the
power cord into an available 120V
AC outlet.

The digital display will show a "0"
and will display the number of hours
it has been on "Keep-Warm." When
finished serving, turn the cooker off
by pressing the
button twice and
unplug the power cord.

Press the
button to turn the
cooker on. Press SLOW COOK. Press
+ to increase slow cook time by 1
hour increments. The slow cook time
can be set to 2-10 hours and default
heat setting is high.
• The cooker will not switch to KEEP WARM mode until all liquid
is boiled away. Follow the recipe carefully and
do not leave the cooker unattended.
CAUTION

The COOKING INDICATOR LIGHT
will illuminate. Using caution to
avoid escaping steam, open the lid
and stir occasionally with a long-
handled wooden spoon.
