BLAST CHILLING AND CONSERVATION CYCLES
Pressing the key CHILL the BLAST CHILLING TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND CONSERVATION cycle
is selected. Pressing again the key CHILL the system change to BLAST CHILLING TIME CONTROL AND
CONSERVATION.
Pressing the key HARD a HARD BLAST CHILLING phase is added as the first phase of the cycle. In this
way, the cycle goes from 2 to 3 phases.
Before starting the cycle it is possible to quickly change the setpoint value using the MENU
(decrease) or AUX (increase) keys.
To start the cycle, press the key START.
BLAST FREEZING AND CONSERVATION CYCLES
Pressing the key FREEZE the BLAST FREEZING TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND CONSERVATION
cycle is selected. Pressing again the key FREEZE the system change to BLAST FREEZING TIME
CONTROL AND CONSERVATION.
Pressing the key HARD a SOFT BLAST FREEZING phase is added as the first phase of the cycle. In this
way, the cycle goes from 2 to 3 phases.
Before starting the cycle it is possible to quickly change the setpoint value using the MENU
(decrease) or AUX (increase) keys.
To start the cycle, press the key START.
On completion of the blast chilling/blast freezing cycle, when the needle
probe has reached the right temperature or the time period is finished,
the buzzer sounds and the conservation phase begins. If the temperature
controlled cycle is not completed in the allotted time, the problem will be
notified by displaying an alarm message.
The conservation phase is not timed and is only terminated when the START
key is pressed for 2 seconds.
