PRE-COOLING
MANUAL DEFROSTING
FISH SANITATION
This is a refrigeration cycle of infinite duration that can precede all the
operating cycles. It can also be used as a refrigeration cycle of infinite
duration.
Access the SPECIAL CYCLES menu using the "AUX" key and select PRE-
COOLING. Press the "START" key to confirm.
Press the "START" key a second time and the cycle begins.
Press the "START" key for 2 seconds to interrupt the cycle.
Once the required cabinet setpoint has been reached, the buzzer sounds
and the cycle continues and maintains the cabinet temperature achieved
until a blast chilling/blast freezing cycle starts up.
During a pre-cooling cycle, defrosting is enabled.
In the event of a power failure, the cycle will be resumed.
A defrosting cycle can be started manually from the SPECIAL CYCLES
menu.
Access the SPECIAL CYCLES menu using the "AUX" key and select
DEFROST: at this point the word DEFROST appears.
Press the "START" key and the cycle begins.
Defrosting can also be carried out automatically during conservation or pre-
cooling at predefined time intervals.
Access the SPECIAL CYCLES menu using the "AUX" key and select FISH
SANITATION.
The panel displays the start-up screen and when you next press "START" the
cycle will start.
This deep freezing cycle was specifically designed to carry out the
reclamation treatment against the anisakis, established by the EC regulation
853/2004.
