SLEEP TIMER continued
To Exit the Sleep Timer:
With the radio on, do a long press of the EXIT button. The sleep timer
symbol and the number of minutes flash in the upper right corner of the
display. Do a quick press of EXIT. The sleep timer symbol and number of
minutes disappear.
MP3 MODE WITH SD/MMC CARDS OR FLASH
MEMORY
This unit uses SD/MMC cards with up to 2GB of memory or flash memory,
the radio's built-in 1GB of memory, to record and play music.
To install the SD/MMC card open the door on the right side of the unit,
plug the card in with the contacts facing the front of the unit and close
the door.
Some Notes About Playing From SD/MMC Cards
• If the unit won't connect to the PC when it's powered off or in radio
power on mode, change to MP3 mode and try again.
• When playing music files on the SD/MMC card or flash memory, the
unit can't be connected to the PC.
• After connecting to a PC, if you copy and update the files or folders,
the playing location and number will probably change.
• If you add or delete folders, after unplugging the USB cable please
turn off the G4 and then turn it on again.
SWITCHING BETWEEN MUSIC AND VOICE FILES
NOTE: The radio may take up to 30 seconds when switching between
music and voice files. Wait until switching is finished before performing
the next function.
