User name and Password

Note: When DVR is delivered from factory, there is only one default administrator named "admin", and password is
"12345". The administrator's name cannot be modified, while the password can be modified. The administrator can create
15 users and define their rights.
Login
Press the [MENU] button from preview. Use the ([↑] [↓] keys to select one user, press the [à] key to enter "Password" edit
box, input corresponding password, press [ENTER] key to exit edit box. The "Active Frame" will move to "Confirm" button.
You can press the [ENTER] key to enter the main menu. If there is no response, it means the user name and password are
incorrect. After three incorrect entries, the DVR will enter the preview mode.
Modify password
The passwords are modified as follows:
- Enter main menu.
- Enter "Users" submenu.
- If you login as "admin", you will see a list of all users on top. Select the one you want to modify. If you login as a user created
by administrator, only "Password" and "Verify" buttons will show.
