3. Troubleshooting
The following table provides information about the possible causes
of problems with suggestions as to how these can be fixed. If you are
not able to fix the problem, your local STARLAB office will be happy
to help.

Use TipOne®
Attach the tip securely
Tighten the tip holder
Clean the tip holder
and use new tip
Replace the affected seals/O rings
Clean the seal and piston and
re-lubricate
Clean and re-lubricate the piston
Clean and re-lubricate the piston
Replace piston and seal
Clean and re-lubricate the piston
Unscrew lower housing, clean all seals
and replace if necessary
Unscrew the lower housing and allow to
air. Clean and lightly
lubricate the piston
Unscrew lower housing and rinse with
warm water. Then rinse with dist. water
and allow to dry
Replace tip holder
Attach new pipette tip
