2 PRELIMINARY
OPERATIONS
2.1 LOADING THE PELLETS
The first operation to be performed before starting
the appliance is to fill the hopper with fuel (pellets).
The pellets are loaded into in the hopper using a
scoop.
Do not empty the sack directly into the hopper so
as to avoid loading sawdust or other foreign bodies
that may affect proper stove operation and avoid
spilling pellets outside of the hopper.
The pellets are loaded via a hatch to be fitted to the
hood of the enclosure and connected to the stove
with the optional accessory equipment. Make sure
to follow the installation instructions included with
the kit.
Do not use the stove removal system to load the
pellet tank.
The pellet loading pipe must be used solely as a
chute for loading the tank and not as an extension to
the tank itself; do not fill the tank beyond its normal
capacity (without the pipe).
2.2 POWER SUPPLY
Plug the stove into the mains power supply. If the
connections are correct the stove will emit a series
of intermittent beeps, the display will come on.
For long periods of disuse, we recommend
disconnecting the stove completely from its power
supply.
