4.4 Call waiting

- Format: Press the hang up switch followed by ##
- Description: If the extension N is talking to the line A and enters a call by
line B, the person at the extension N can press hang up followed by ## to put
the line A on hold. While on hold will hear music. To return to the call line A
must press * # 9.
A line may be on hold for up to 2 minutes.
4.5 Transfer Call
- Format: Pick up the phone (or press the FLASH button) after dial the
extension number followed by Flash or hang up button.
- Description: Allows you to transfer an incoming call to another extension.
Example: Extension 605 is talking to the phone line and want to transfer line
to the extension 607. Then the extension 605 can transfer the incoming call to
extension 607 by picking up the phone (or pressing the FLASH) and scoring
607, followed by Flash or hang up button.
