Wheel Dolly Hydraulic 600kg
ENG
Max. Lifting Capacity: 600 kg
Instruction:
1. Position the Wheel Dolly on an even surface. Push the pedal down and remove the pedal
lock. Pull the locking pin out of the reception hole.
2. Before use the relief valve must be opened by the valve knurl (counter-clockwise). Then
expand the Wheel Dolly until the two gripping arms span the tyre. The tyre should lay on
the contact surfaces of the gripping arms. Close the relief valve by turning the valve knurl
(clockwise). Now the Wheel Dolly is ready for use.
3. Position the frame of the Wheel Dolly parallel to the tyre. ATTENTION – always leave
2 cm space between frame and tyre. Avoid that the tyre is in direct contact with the frame
as this could damage the frame of the Wheel Dolly.
4. To lift the tyre, actuate the pedal with consistent pumps until the wheel has been lifted
approx. 2 cm above floor level.
(The lower the lifting distance of the wheel from floor level, the more stable the Wheel
Dolly). After lifting the tyre, place the locking pin into the respective reception hole to fix the
load. Repeat the same procedure with the other tyres and manoeuvre the vehicle manually
and carefully to the designated place.
5. To lower the Wheel Dolly, pull out the locking pin and open the relief valve with the valve
knurl.
Warnings:
1. Close the relief valve by tightening the valve knurl clockwise.
2. Discharge by opening the relief valve turning the valve knurl counter-clockwise.
3. NEVER use the Wheel Dolly on inclined surfaces, only use on even ground.
4. NEVER charge the Wheel Dolly over the max. capacity (max. 600 kg).
5. NEVER start the vehicle engine as long as the wheel is still on the Wheel Dolly.
The vehicle must only be moved manually when using the Wheel Dolly.
6. Open the relief valve before use, by turning the valve knurl counter-clockwise. Open the
Wheel Dolly until both gripping arms span the wheel. Close the valve knurl clockwise.
Actuate the pedal. The gripping arms tighten around the wheel and push it upwards.
Always put the locking pin into the reception hole after the lifting operation to fix the load.
8. When having finished the work, pull the locking pin out of the reception hole and open
the relief valve by turning the valve knurl.
