AutomAtic lubricAtion
The recommended method for
lubrication is with an air line lubricator
installed as part of the air piping system.
See Figure 1. Use Campbell Hausfeld air
tool oil ST127000AV or equivalent ISO
grade 32 oil.
mAnuAl lubricAtion
If an air line lubricator is not used, the
tool must be lubricated daily.

in the regulator body until the desired
speed is attained.

Always replace a worn or damaged
wheel, otherwise serious injury could

1. Center a grinding wheel on the
shaft, and make sure the collet nut
is tightened securely. Be sure the
grinding wheel is rated for the RPM of
the tool.
2. Connect the grinder to the air supply.
3. Use bottom outer surface of grinding
wheel as cutting surface. Do not use
excessive force.
