TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEMS
Tire does not seat
Air leak.
The inflator works, but no air inflates.
No display.
Inflation does not start, although
the pressure is set and the hose
is connected with tire.
The unit deflates very slowly.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Nozzle placement.
Surfaces not prepared for seating.
Not enough pressure.
Leak in the connection.
Obstruction in filters or in air system.
Low battery.
Start button not held long enough.
Air hose improperly connected.
The exhaust is blocked.
The pressure sensor is broken.
Unstable pressure, faulty
hose connector.
Connected tire pressure is too high
pressure > 12 bar / 174 psi /
1200 kPa / 12 kg/cm2.
Wrong connections in air inlet
and outlet.
Low battery.
The air source is lower than the
set pressure.
SOLUTIONS
Place nozzle end between rim and tire.
Clean rim edge, tire bead and apply
lubricant.
Fill in the tank to the minimum
pressure < 7 bar / 100 psi / 689.48 kPa /
7.03 kg/cm
2
Check the pneumatic connection.
Clean the filters and check the air tube.
Recharge the battery.
Hold for 3 seconds.
Check the hose connection, make sure
that no air leaks.
Remove and clean the exhaust.
Power off, change pressure sensor.
Replace hose connector or reconnect
hose to the tire.
Stop inflating the tire.
Refer to wiring diagram and connect
magnetic valve accordingly.
Recharge the battery.
Stop inflating the tire - refer to
inlet pressure specifications.
