IMPORTANT: Read all instructions carefully before be-
ginning installation. The ideal installation temperature is
between 65°-110°F (18°- 43°C). The visors will mount
on the INSIDE of the door frame and are marked to indi-
cate position.
Helpful Hint
A trial fit is recommended to insure proper position-
ing, since installing and then removing the Ventvisor
will degrade the adhesive performance of the tape.
STEP 1: Buff the inside felt surface of the window channel
with the Scotch Brite scuff pad. Then clean surface with an
alcohol pad and wipe dry. See FIGURE 1
STEP 2: Remove the red tape liner from the front and rear
end flanges. To reduce the risk of tape contamination due to
improper positioning, peel only 2" (5cm) of tape liner from
each end of the lateral flange. See FIGURE 2
STEP 3: Slide the front end flange of the visor into position
inside window channel. Then rotate visor up and slide the lat-
eral and rear end flanges into proper position inside channel.
Gently press the exposed areas of tape against the felt sur-
face and verify position. See FIGURE 3
STEP 4: With the visor in its final position, remove the re-
mainder of the tape liner by pulling on the free ends. Run your
finger along inside of the window channel to ensure proper
adhesion of the taped flange to the felt surface. See FIGURE
4
STEP 5: It may also be necessary to assist window up the
first time to clear visor. After installing, be sure to leave win-
dows up 24 hours to fully cure adhesive to felt surface.
Repeat STEPS 1-5 for opposite side visor.

STEP 6: The rear visor attaches to the painted surface. See
FIGURE 4
