COMMISSIONING
In order to use the system in a safe way, it is fundamentally important to follow the indications of the
next paragraphs, as well as checking the protection and safety devices before each use.
In order to start operating the system, make sure that:
• water connections are compliant with the standards;
• electrical connections are compliant with the standards.

OPERATING THE SOFTENER
Introduction
Every time you enter the different programmes by pressing SET, the display will start flashing.
If you want to change the value of the related phase, press the button UP or DOWN;
if you want to move to the next stage, press SET again.
Phase 1: Setting the time
• While it flashes "12:00" or "----" , set the correct time.
• Use the buttons UP and DOWN to find the correct time.
• Press SET to confirm the correct time and move to the
next parameter.
Phase 2: Set the day of the week
• Press SET to have the arrow under D (Sunday) flash.
• Use the buttons UP and DOWN to move the arrow under
the correct day of the week.
• Press SET to confirm and move to the next parameter.
After phases 1-2, the timer is operating. Move to phase 4 if you need further settings to
programme your system.
To exit the programming function, wait 30 sec and the timer will automatically take you to normal
operating mode.
Phase 3: Change regeneration time
• Hours: 2:00 is the default time for regeneration.
If this is the desired value, press DOWN to move to phase 5.
• To change the regeneration time, press SET –
in this way 2:00 will flash.
• Use UP and DOWN to select the desired regeneration time.
• Press SET to confirm the time and move to the next
parameter.
