- Connect pumps
without plug
permanently to the
fixed wiring via an
external main switch
with a minimum
contact gap of 3 mm in
all poles.

- The pump must be
earthed.
- The protective earth of
the power outlet must
be connected to the
protective earth of the
pump. The plug must
therefore have the
same PE connection
system as the power
outlet. If not, use a
suitable adapter.

- The installation must
be fitted with a residual
current device (RCD)
with a tripping current
less than 30 mA.

- If the pump is used for
cleaning or other
maintenance of
swimming pools,
garden ponds or
similar places, make
sure that the pump is
supplied through a
residual-current circuit
breaker with a rated
residual operating
current of 30 mA.
